ECO-CLEANING PACKAGE

Eco Cleaning Package is designed for the customer who may suffer from allergies, asthma or is chemically sensitive.  

With the eco-cleaning package, we use only 100% chemical free natural based cleaning products that are non-toxic and biodegradable and are both safe for the household and the environment. This package is also available for upholstery cleaning and mattress cleaning.

Steps in Eco-cleaning

Step 1. Every great carpet cleaning experience starts with a proper pre-inspection. First of all, our service technician inspects your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction and soiling conditions. He also advises you of any possible permanent staining.

Step 2. As needed, we thoroughly pre-vacuum your carpet using an industrial upright vacuum with a HEPA filtration system to remove any dry soil and pet hair. Removing these soils is one of the most important steps in carpet cleaning and in allergy relief.

Step 3. In this step, we pre-spray all carpeted areas using a 100% natural, chemical-free anti-allergen pre-spray that is biodegradable and wool safe.

Step 4. Our professional technician then treats any spots and stains that require further attention using a wide range of natural cleaning products.

Step 5. Next is we agitate your carpet with a carpet groomer or rotary cleaning machine (depending on soil level) to further loosen any remaining soil. This allows the prepay to penetrate in order to work more effectively.

Step 6. Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction process thoroughly flushes the carpet pile removing embedded dirt, pollen, dust mites and any odour causing mould and bacteria. The pressure and heat sanitise and regulate the carpets so that it will not over-wet.

Why is pH balance important? 

Step 7. On every cleaned carpet and fabric, the pH has to be balanced. The reason for this is to eliminate alkaline-type soils that stick in the carpets. This is also one of the most important steps to consider according to the manufacturers of carpet. It is accomplished during the extract & rinse process and then applying a post spray leaving your carpets feeling soft and residue free.

Step 8. We set the carpet pile in one direction so as to aid the drying process.

Step 9. Then our technician also applies an anti-allergen treatment to all cleaned areas.
